Biography

Dr. Douglas Lucke graduated from Ohio State University in 1966 and began his Veterinary career working at two clinics in the Indianapolis area. He purchased Shadeland Animal Hospital in 1973. For the past 31 years Dr. Lucke and his staff have served the medical needs of countless pets living in Lawrence and the surrounding areas. He is also a past President of the Central Indiana Veterinary Medical Association in 1981. The Lucke family includes a Giant Schnauzer named Sonoma.
