Pet Name: Elizabeth, Rex and now JesseI've had two cats treated over a number of years at VCA, and Dr. Vick and staff have been a super caring, kind part of our pet experience. Dr. Vick and team guided and were really supportive as we said goodbye to her in her final illness, after our cast passed away at age 19. Dr. Vick and team were just amazing throughout our cats lives and right to their end days. I can't thank them enough for the many years of assistance, and have just scheduled an appointment to bring our new adopted puppy in for it's first exam with Dr. Vick.

Pet Name: Olio Dome
We just want to thank the hospital, staff and Dr. Sheena for the emergency care and attention they gave our dog on such short notice. It was a late Saturday afternoon, a busy day at the hospital with limited staff and being in Santa Cruz for the weekend from San Francisco we were not existing clients. Our Norwich Terrier had been bit on the head above and below his eye by a very large dog at a pool party. Fortunately, the wounds turned out to be superficial but we did not know that at the time. Olio was back being his funny and goofy self within a couple of hours. Additionally, really appreciate the follow up call to our home by Dr. Sheena a couple of days later to see how Olio was doing. Anyway, we want to thank you again for the professional care and attention given.
