Dr. Apolinario is originally from San Francisco, CA. She joined VCA in 2016 as a veterinary assistant and became a veterinarian in 2022 after graduating from Western University of Health Sciences. When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Dr. Apolinario said, "Being able to meet all our great patients and the clients that care for them."

She has three dogs of her own: Mason (Belgian Malinois), Reggie (American Eskimo mix), and Colette (Chihuahua mix). Outside of work, Dr. Apolinario likes going to the revolving sushi bar with her husband, going to the beach with their dogs, and having movie nights with their families.
