Most Compassionate Doctors and Staff
-Kathleen from Long Beach, CA
I have always taken my "exotics" to your facility. Dr. Glasser removed a bladder stone from Sammy, my first guinea pig. The surgery went so well, she filed down his teeth while he was under. About two years later she tried to repair the shoddy work of another vet when he tried to fix the broken jaw of Lucy, my second guinea pig. She was always open to any suggestions I had. Unfortunately after 6 wks I had to have Lucy put to sleep at the VCA in Fountain Valley. Dr. Glasser called me personally to say how sorry she was. She then sent a card saying she wished she would have been able to save Lucy. The staff was very sad as well.
Dr. Cassel successfully removed a breast tumor from my Russian Dwarf hamster. Unfortunately "Jellybean" wouldn't leave the stitches alone, so we had to put her to sleep. Dr. Cassel tried different things to try to keep Jellybean from eating her stitches and was so sad she couldn't do more.
VCA ROSSMOOR IS THE BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR NON-HUMAN FAMILY MEMBERS. IF THEY CAN NOT HELP, THEY WILL GO TO GREAT LENGTHS TO FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN. FIVE STARS OUT OF FIVE STARS.
The Best Care in the World

Pet Name: Yoda and Winston
The staff at VCA Rossmoor El Dorado Animal Hospital is outstanding and always ready to help with any situation. Dr. Camacho has given the most wonderful care to my two cats, Yoda and Winston. He is always willing to take the time needed to explain all aspects of treatment and is the most patient vet I have ever met. Pardon the pun but he is the cat's meow!
-Enea Ostrich from Los Alamitos, CA
Pet Name: Petey
I find Dr. Camacho the best doctor my dog has had in a long time. We have been coming to VCA ever since he was a pup and Petey is now 12. Petey had a recent checkup that blew our mind. After 8 meds and instruction to go home, Petey is doing better just after 5 days. He is not out of medicine territory yet, but he is on to a better recovery than he was without Dr. Camacho. All I can say is that Petey is that lovable dog he was before this summer and on to a better senior life he deserves! THANK YOU Dr. Camacho--you are Petey's hero and ours too!
By the way, in the photo provided was taken in the summer when Petey was most suffering but believe me--I will update in the future to show what he looks like after he gets fully well:)
In the doctor's office a lady complimented my dog's fur, not knowing how truly ill he was. Now that's a special dog if I ever knew one!

Pet Name: Cleopatra and Baxter
I cant thank the staff enough and Dr. Camacho for making my Cleopatra better again. We brought her in the office about a week ago because she couldn't stand up she is 11 so we thought the worse. Dr. Camacho said she had virtigo and gave her some pills to take for 10 days. she is doing well and back to her normal self again. I highly recommend this hospital they are compassionate and well trained.
