  I've been working with animals for over 8 years, and I can honestly say I enjoy all facets of my job.  I love caring for all of our boarding pets and being able to ensure they are well taken care of.  Not only do I work at VCA for the pets, but my co-workers are amazing.  We have a great staff and everyone works together so well.  It's my home away from home.

  I have been interested in working with animals for as long as I can remember.  Since I was a young boy I have been fascinated with all kinds of animals from reptiles to sharks!  I work at VCA Rock Creek because I lhave a deep love for animals.  Working here gives me the opportunity to learn a lot about the health and well being of pets.  When I get older, my goal is to pursue a career as a Zoologist.

  Amparo recently joined our team in mid October. She has been a professional groomer for over 20 years. She is very passionate about her profession, taking her time and making sure every pet looks exceptional! She is kind and gentle, what pooch wouldn't enjoy a day at the spa with Amparo!
