Sachi Shinagawa, DVM, Associate Veterinarian


Dr. Sachi Shinagawa was born and raised in Texas.  She attended the University of Texas for her biology degree in 2005 before receving  her veterinary degree from Texas A & M University in 2009.  She moved to Oregon after graduating veterinary school for a new challenge, and fell in love with the outdoors and the Pacific Northwest.  Her areas of veterinary interest include allergies, geriatric patient care, and emergency medicine.

Outside of work , she enjoyrs hiking, running, skiing, and anything involving the water and sunshine!  Being a ballroom dancer in college, she is always seeking new dance spots.  Her love of veterinary medicine and traveling have led her to exotic volunteer opportunities including Thailand, Hawaii, and Peru.  She has a shepherd/lab mix, Nalu and a calico cat, Mika.
