  • Technician Supervisor

    Gerry Martin, CVT

    Gerry has been a technician since 1975 and has been certified since 1988. She has been an active board member of the Mass. Vet Tech Association since 1987. She worked at the Kindness Animal Hospital from 1975-1980, Weston Vet Clinic from 1980-2000, and has been at Roberts since September of 2000.
    Gerry helps handle our stray animal adoptions, international health certificates, and she is our hospital Safety Manager. We also consider her our in-house rabies expert!


  • Technician Supervisor

    Allison Osborne, CVT

    Allison has been part of the RAH team since 2002. She is fully cross-trained in the hospital but works primarily as Dr. Callahan's technician and one of our supervisor's and go-to people in the hospital. Allison also contributes her skills to help train new technicians in clinic.
    Allison's menagerie at home includes four dogs, four cats, two birds, and two rabbits!

    Michelle Campbell

    Michelle has worked at RAH since 1994. She has held various positions over the years, most recently as one of our clinic technicians. She works primarily with Dr. Moses assisting with ultrasound imaging.

    Jody Files, CVT
    Veterinary Tech School: Becker College, AAS

    Jody has been with RAH since 2002. She is fully crosstrained and works primarily as a surgical technician. Jody has three pitbulls and three cats, and outside of work she loves to spend time with family, friends, and her animals!

    John Fucci

    John is part of our senior surgical staff and has been with RAH for more than 30 years! He is the primary dental technician, assisting with the care and safety of our veterinary dental patients during their stay with us. John is a skilled technician and in-house handyman!

    Rob Hall

    Rob has been a part of the RAH family for many years, most recently since 2007. By day he is a carpenter, but for RAH he is a skilled overnight technician!

    Jordan Holbrook

    Jordan joined the RAH team in January of 2012 as a technician but has been with the VCA family since early 2011. She attended Massasoit Community College to become certified in Veterinary Assistance is currently working towards her CVT as well. Jordan has proven herself to be the ultimate animal lover with four golden retrievers, Jackson, Mia, Simba, and Riley, and a french bulldog puppy named Serj. She also shares her home with four cats named Bella, Oliver, Whiskey, and Brandy. Outside of work she enjoys taking her dogs to the beach and showing her Mustang in local car shows.

    Michelle Landry
    Veterinary Tech School: BAS in Animal Science

    Michelle joined RAH in 2009 as an emergency and ICU technician.
    In her time away from work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two yellow Labradors!

    Joanne Shear, CVT

    Joanne has been part of the RAH team since 2000. She works in many areas of the hospital and primarily enjoys the ICU and surgical department. She enjoys talking to clients about proper nutrition and post-op home care.

    Marco Venturoli

    Marco joined the RAH family in 2000 after moving to the U.S. from Italy. He started out as an animal care attendant and over the years became a very skilled technician. Now Marco works in many areas of the hospital, and our clients and patients all benefit from his caring nature.

    Gina Doyle

    Gina is primarily an animal caregiver at RAH, but she also helps in any way she can as a technician assistant. She is friend to many "RAH regulars" and has been with us since 2005!


  • Surgical Supervisor

    Cindy Hone

    Cindy has been with RAH since 1986, and is currently a senior surgical and ICU technician. Cindy helps to make sure that our surgical days run smoothly and that all patients are safely anesthetized and recovered.

 VCA Roberts is open until 10pm seven days a week. Walk-ins and urgent care appointments are seen in order of arrival or on a critical needs basis. In case of emergency, please call us immediately, 781-826-2306.
