  • Technician Supervisor

    Allison Osborne, CVT

    Allison has been part of the RAH team since 2002. She is fully cross-trained in the hospital but works primarily as Dr. Callahan's technician and one of our supervisor's and go-to people in the hospital. Allison also contributes her skills to help train new technicians in clinic. Outside of Roberts she has recently become a registered nurse!
    Allison's menagerie at home includes three dogs, four cats,  two birds and a horse named Ziggy!

    Gwen Creutz
    Veterinary Tech School: Animal Behavior College

    Gwen started as a Veterinary Technician with us at VCA Roberts in October 2012. She received her certificate in Veterinary Assistance in 2012 from Animal Behavior College. Gwen mainly works with Dr. Moses, our Cardiologist, and assists with ultrasounds and echocardiograms. She enjoys spending time at home with her two kitties, Shadow and Spirit. Gwen plans to continue her education and become a Certified Veterinary Technician, as it has always been her passion to care for animals.

    Stephanie Egan

    Stephanie has worked for VCA on and off since 2008. She rescues pitbulls on a smalltime basis and also do a lot of  training. Stephanie has two personal dogs Tiggs and Tiva and 3 rescues King, Jax and Macy. Stephanie plans on opening a business in the next few years for dog training. She make collars and leashes and dog beds and other "dog accessories" in her spare time.

    Jody Files, CVT
    Veterinary Tech School: Becker College, AAS

    Jody has been with RAH since 2002. She is fully crosstrained and works as a surgical and ER technician. Jody has two pitbulls, three cats and twin girls. Outside of work she loves to spend time with family, friends, and her animals!

    John Fucci

    John is part of our senior surgical staff and has been with RAH for more than 30 years! He is the primary dental technician, assisting with the care and safety of our veterinary dental patients during their stay with us. John is a skilled technician and in-house handyman!

    Maeve Morey-Barrett

    Maeve is a graduate of Mount Ida College with her Bachelors degree in Animal Science.  She is working towards getting her CVT accreditation in the Spring of 2014.  Maeve started working at VCA as an intern in January 2013 and was offered a full time position in March.  Maeve enjoys working as an urgent care technician as well as  a wellness technician. She shares her home with her two kittens, Mia and Artie.

    Allyson Neely

    Ally joined VCA RAH as a Receptionist in October 2012 after graduating Whitman-Hanson High school in 2011. She had previous experience working as a Kennel Attendent and Tech Assistant at Lloyds Animal Medical Center where she found her love for animal care. Ally is now a technician here at VCA Roberts.  She shares her home with four cats, Sadie, Sierra, Jax and Mogwai along with Ella a black lab. In her free time she likes to go hiking with her boyfriend Josh and dog Ella.

    Joanne Shear, CVT

    Joanne has been part of the RAH team since 2000. She works in many areas of the hospital and primarily enjoys the ICU and surgical department. She enjoys talking to clients about proper nutrition and post-op home care.

    Erica Silva

    Erica has been with VCA Roberts since October 2013. She has been working with animals since she was a teenager, obtaining experience from stable work and boarding facilities. She received her Veterinary Assitant certificate from Massasoit Community College in 2009. Erica is eager to expand her knowledge in the Veterinary field working as a wellness technician in clinic. She enjoys spending time hiking with her Pitbull, Brie and her daughter Avarie.

    Jessica Sykucki

    Jessica Sykucki joined our RAH team in October 2012. She is currently studying to become a certified veterinary technician through Penn Foster college. Growing up, she always had a wide variety of animals and presently has 2 cats and a dog at home. In high school, Jess completed her community service hours at the local animal shelter as a “cat lady”. In her free time, she loves snuggling up with her cats and reading a good book. Jess is enthusiastic and hard-working, constantly seeking to learn more. As part of her job description, she is responsible for making clients/employees aware of the importance of parasite prevention and control. Recently, Jess also joined a VCA initiative team that focuses on client service. The group’s main goal is to make clients’ experiences more memorable ones.

    Karen Ventura

    Karen joined the RAH family in September 2011. After taking some time away from the veterinary field to care for her children, Karen is excited to be back in the field of work that she loves.
    Karen has previous experience as a technician at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital and came highly recommended by our own staff that have worked with her in the past!
    We welcome Karen and all the experience she brings to the table and look forward to her contribution to our patients and clients!

    Marco Venturoli

    Marco joined the RAH family in 2000 after moving to the U.S. from Italy. He started out as an animal care attendant and over the years became a very skilled technician. Now Marco works in many areas of the hospital, and our clients and patients all benefit from his caring nature.

    Gina Doyle

    Gina is primarily an animal caregiver at RAH, but she also helps in any way she can as a technician assistant. She is friend to many "RAH regulars" and has been with us since 2005!


  • Surgical Supervisor

    Cindy Hone

    Cindy is one of our surgery technicians here at VCA Roberts. She graduated from Becker College in 1986 and has worked here ever since. She recently celebrated her 28th anniversary of employment here!! Cindy helps to formulate a patient’s individual anesthetic requirements and both intra-operative and post-operative pain management plans. She has one cat named Zahi and loves to garden during the summer. .

 VCA Roberts is open until 10pm seven days a week. Walk-ins and urgent care appointments are seen in order of arrival or on a critical needs basis. In case of emergency, please call us immediately, 781-826-2306.
