Referral Information

Monday through Friday, 8a-4p, Lindsey Mitchell is the contact for referring veterinarians to set up specialty appointments. At all other times please feel free to ask for a supervisor for scheduling assistance.

Whenever possible, all pertinent medical records should be faxed to us ahead of time so they can be included in the patient medical record here for review. Clients should bring with them to the appointment any x-rays or imaging studies that have already been done.

Referring veterinarians can click on the appropriate link to the left for the appropriate referral form.

**Please remember, all patients presenting for abdominal ultrasound should have food withheld for 6-8 hours prior to the appointments, unless it is medically indicated to do otherwise. Water is fine to leave out for the pet.

 VCA Roberts is open until 10pm seven days a week. Walk-ins and urgent care appointments are seen in order of arrival or on a critical needs basis. In case of emergency, please call us immediately, 781-826-2306.
