    I have been working as a LVT for four years. I love working in the surgery suite and seeing a critical case go home healthy. I currently have two beagle dogs, Samuel and Diamond. I love to take them out tracking and hiking in the parks. I am married to my wonderful husband, and we love to see the world together. Places we’ve been include Hawaii, California, Ireland, and planning on going to Glacier National Park this Fall.

    Brooke moved to the Northwest in 2003 after working at a boarding facility in Atlanta for 2 years.
    She worked for Redwood as an A.C.T and was acquired by the Technician Dept in 2005.

    After studying marine science at the US Coast Guard Academy, Erika acquired a collection of birds, reptiles, amphibians, arachnids, fish, ferrets, horses and cats.
    She has been at Redwood since June of 1995, and became licensed in June of 1998.
    In her free time she likes to hike, rollerblade, and take her horses on the local trails.

    Veterinary Tech School: Pierce College Tacoma, Washington

    Nolyn is a licensed technician who joined the Redwood team in July 2009. She graduated from Pierce College with honors in 2009, earning an associates degree in veterinary technology. Her pets include a calico cat named "Mona", a black kitten named "Ogopogo", a jack russell terrier named "Zack" (pictured), and a yellow betta named "Mean Mr. Mustard". She enjoys seeing movies, going to the park, and collecting miscellaneous items from the 1950's. Her dream is to own a great dane and a classic car.

    Anja joined team Redwood in 2006. After spending many years in customer service management she decided to combine her past career experience and start a different path in the Veterinary Field. Anja not only enjoys the nursing and technical part of her job but loves working directly with the patients "family" as well.

    Emily was born in South Korea and raised in Alaska. After graduating high school, she moved to California, where she worked for another VCA animal hospital as an assistant. She moved to Washington in 2005 and from there Emily decided that working with animals is where she wanted to be. Which worked out well for us, today we are fortunate to have her working for VCA Redwood Animal Hospital!
    Emily has three chihuahuas "Bobi", "GiGi"," Vida" and a bulldog named "Bijou". Any spare time Emily likes to spend with family and friends, also she enjoys going to art galleries and crocheting.

    School: Montana State University, B.S.

    Jenny recently moved from Montana and joined the Redwood team in April of 2014. She earned her Bachelors degree in Animal Science from Montana State University. She has two Australian shepherds, Rig and Casey, and a kitten named Colonel Bangtail. She enjoys running, hiking, and horseback riding.
