Biography

Dr. Melissa Worland grew up in Rockford, IL about 60 miles west of Chicago. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rockford College. From there she attended the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 1997. After working in a small animal practice near Chicago for several years, she moved to the pacific northwest and joined the VCA Redmond Animal Hospital team in 2003.

Dr. Worlands personal interests include skiing, hiking, bicycling and scrapbooking. She shares her home with her husband, daugther and furry kids, Murphy and Nigel.
