  Karina has a strong desire for continuing her professional education. After excelling for 3 years as a receptionist with VCA Petville, she is now learning new skills as she trains to be a veterinary assistant.
  
  Karina demonstrates her love and compassion for animals daily.   When she's not out hiking or dancing, Karina enjoys cuddling at home with Lola, her Chihuahua, and watching a good movie.

  Gloria takes a great deal of personal pride in providing our clients with exceptional service. She ensures that they will receive a warm welcome when arriving and compassionate assistance as they depart.
  
  Gloria has been with us at VCA Petville since 2006. She continues to further her knowledge, attending continuing education courses about pet health care. She strongly believes in the importance of educating clients on the best way they can care for their pets, so don't hesitate to ask her for assistance!
  
  If you've never seen a Chinese Crested dog, you must ask Gloria to show you a picture of her 7 year old, named Cosita. She'd show you Cosita in person, but unfortunately, she is a very shy little girl. Gloria enjoys reading, watching movies and a good manicure.
