"I drive 40 miles to work each morning....Why? I do it all for the love of my four legged, furry friends. My love for animals is why I am part of VCA!"
Kennel AssistantShonna McColl
"As a child growing up my mother could not keep my hands off of stray animals. No matter what breed, color, or size you can bet your life I wanted to shelter it! As I got older I began to understand the true companionship of having a pet and it excited me. VCA is the first Veterinary Hospital I have been employed at and I absolutely love it. Coming to VCA to work each day is the most exciting part of my day. The pets are always excited to see you after getting acquainted. And, most of all…my learning experiences have been great!"
Kennel AssistantKeyonna Rankins
Keyonna has been a great addition to our kennel team. She comes to us with much experience in the pet field and prides herself on keeping your babies comfortable during their stay with us.
She enjoys working in the veterinary field and it shows.
"I love every pet that comes through our doors. I enjoy working with all of our team members as well, but I mostly love the pets!"
Kennel AssistantKristina Robinson
"I have always loved animals, and working at VCA gives me the opportunity to provide the love and care our patients need at VCA. Plus, I get to exhibit some of my best qualities; my compassion, empathy, and patience I have for the patients. Working with animals allows me to learn many new techniques, and to gain the experience of working with many different types of domesticated animals. It is fun and exciting to be able to work in a hospital that cares so much for their patients and customers!"
