  I have gone to VCA Pet Doctor from the day they opened. The staff is so wonderful, friendly, helpful, amazing!! My dog Dobro likes going to the vet due to the fact all the staff makes a fuss over him when we arrive. They go above and beyond the call of duty. My dog and myself are treated like king and queen.   Today, I lost a friend of the last twelve and half years, my long-haired tabby cat, Oscar. Dr. Manley was his attending veterinarian, and he is a most kind, caring and gentle man. Although, I have not known Dr. Manley for very long, I am most grateful that he was here for me and Oscar at this time in our lives.   Kerry was most professional yet warm and settling for my dog, Trixie.
  Trixie and I were in your VCA facility 0815/11 and 08/18/11 due to Trixie's deteriorating condition.
  On the earlier visit cited above Kerry was able to settle Trixie as she has not been before while in your facility, but Kerry managed it with her professionalism AND her tenderness with Trixie. Trixie then permitted Dr. Manley to perform his exam thoroughly.
  Kerry was the best attendant I have experienced in your facility since first going there 12 years ago. She is very commendable and a tribute to your selection and training process.
  FYI, I have been a management consultant in my own firm since 1970.
