Biography

A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Dr. Jones attended Auburn University receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in 1992 followed by Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. After living in Birmingham for eighteen months, Dr. Jones moved to the Atlanta area, residing in Cobb County. In 2003 after having worked several years as an associate, Dr. Jones decided to provide relief services to fellow veterinarians in the Atlanta area. He found the hospital he was looking for and joined Peachtree Animal Hospital in August 2010; with the expectation of continuing the tradition of the exceptional veterinary care.

Outside of work, Dr. Jones enjoys spending time with his wife, Laurie, and their cat, Phurrhead. His interests include basketball,mountain biking, exploring the small towns of Georgia and of course, supporting his Auburn Tigers.
