Marisol Ortega is a San Jose native. She is a graduate of San Francisco State University, having received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Marisol started her career at VCA Orchard Plaza Animal Hospital in 2015 as a Client Service Representative. She worked her way up through the positions of Lead Client Service Representative, then Office Manager, and finally Hospital Manager in September 2021.

Marisol and her husband live in Gilroy with their dogs, cats, lizards, and birds. When she is not working or tending to her zoo, she enjoys gardening, home projects, and making new memories.
