Biography

Dr. Liang received his veterinary degree from Western University in 2011. After graduation, he completed a small animal internship at VCA Newark in Delaware. He returned  to his native Bay Area and joined VCA Orchard Plaza in 2012.

Dr. Liang has a special interest in dermatology and enjoys treating environmental allergies, parasites, and unusual skin cases. He enjoys spending time with his chihuahuas, Lillia and Olivia, watching football and playing his guitar.
