  • Technician Supervisor

    Renee Sharlow

Renee is our Technician supervisor and has been with our hospital since 1995. She has a deep love for animals and her compassion for them is truly evident. When she isn't working hard as a technician, she enjoys watching NASCAR and spending time with her fiance and pets. Her personal pets include "Indy" (Golden retriever), "Nikita" (Siberian husky) and 3 kitties "Kitty" "Lil Dude" and "Thomas".

    Why am I here?

When I moved to Florida 18 years ago I wanted to do something that mattered and that I knew I would enjoy for a long time. I wanted to help people and their best friends. I have made a lot of great friends along the way, including co-workers and clients. All those years ago, I never could have imagined what a wonderful experience this would be for me. When you find something you love, it's no longer a "job", it's a career and I wouldn't change anything.

    Barbara Daniels

Barbara has been with us since 1998 and has been an asset to our hospital. She has a deep love for what she does and her compassion for animals is apparent. She has 6 cats at home. Barbara enjoys cruises to the Caribbean, traveling to the Great Smokey Mountains and the beach.

    Why am I here?

My life has been fulfilled in all aspects because of the opportunity to work here for 15 years. My career in the animal field has given me purpose to have expierenced the joys and tears of caring and loving the pets. My extended family includes the doctors that have mentored me, my co-workers that work by my side to provide the best and most compassionate care for pets in need, management for guiding me and showing me how to be the best I can be, and clients who bring their pets to us for care and treatment become part of our family because they entrust us with their loved ones.

  • Technician

    Heather Evans

Heather joined our team part time in January of 2013. She floats between positions wherever she is needed as technician, receptionist, or kennel tech and we are lucky to have her. She has 4 cats, 3 dogs, and a rabbit at home that she loves spending time with.

    Why am I here?

I am doing this because I grew up around animals and have always wanted to be in the animal care field. I find it exciting to be in a field where I am learning something new everyday. As rewarding as it is to be there when an owner brings in a new puppy, kitten, or other new member of the family, it is just as rewarding to be able to comfort an owner when it is time to say goodbye to their faithful companian. I LOVE what I do and couldn't imagine not doing this.

    -Heather

    Why am I here?

  • Technician

    Robert Preston

Bobby joined our hospital in 2007 and has become an essential part of our staff. He has worked in the animal field for 15 years as a technician. Bobby has 2 dogs and a cat "Squiggy".

    Why am I here?

I have had animals all of my life, I learned to care for and love them the right way from an early age. I can remember carrying my dog to the Vet's office 1 mile from my house at night because he ate something that got stuck and had to have surgery. That was when I knew I wanted to work in this field. The main reason I do this is because I have so much love for animals that I want to help them in any way I can and it really brings joy to my life.
