VCA Old Trail Animal Hospital opened in the fall of 1987. Our patients included everything from hamsters to horses. We also did house calls, boarding, grooming, and emergency services, and even farm calls. As the years went by, we became exclusively a small animal practice. After years of bursting at the seams, we finally had our new and beautiful facility built right next door. We have grown to a full-service veterinary hospital, due in large part to our staff and the support of the community.

Sometimes sick or injured pets need the care of a veterinary medical specialist. When that happens, VCA specialty hospitals work closely with the general practitioner veterinarians who refer cases to us in order to provide seamless veterinary care to your pet. Our goal is to make sure that when you and your pet are in need that you have access to board certified specialists who are up to date on the very latest developments in their field.
