Missy's Story
-SLB from Drexel Hill, PAWe've been bringing our two cats to see Dr. Tannert for several years. She is extremely knowledgeable and empathetic; we love her--she's the best!
We brought Missy in to be examined by Dr. Tannert. Being a stray, Missy had issues that needed immediate attention. Dr. Tannert did a great job, especially treating her ear hematoma which did not require surgery. She suggested that Missy should have a feline dental cleaning in the near future with Dr. Fitzgibbon.
Last month we had to bring her in as an emergency. She was seen by Dr. Murray who was so kind and attentive. The time had arrived for Missy's dental cleaning.
Dr. Fitzgibbon took care of our cat, Gaston for a dental cleaning and extractions. We were extremely pleased with her work so, we knew Missy would be in good hands. She informed us during the cleaning that she needed two extractions and why she needed them. Missy is now recovering & eating well--no visible signs of any problems from the extractions. Dr. Fitzgibbon is thorough, caring and compassionate; thank you for the TLC.
Don't want to forget to mention Terry who is the technician supervisor--she was a big help to us with Missy. Also, want to mention Donna who scheduled the surgery and was kind enough to personally follow up with us. -

Dr. Lawrie's the best
-Brownie's mom from media, PAWe have a sweet but anxious, skittish guinea pig who does not like to be held. We took her for her annual physical this morning, and she was also due to have her nails clipped. Dr. Lawrie was kind, gentle, confident, patient, and caring with Brownie. He took his time examining her, checking her teeth and eyes, and clipping her nails. He has a wonderful manner, one we have not seen before in others who have handled Brownie. Fortunately, Brownie is healthy now, but we will not hesitate to bring her back if her health should fail in any way. Thank you Dr. Lawrie!!

Dr Amy Will
-Pat Burke from Aston, PA
Pet Name: BelleI have 2 cat's that are a big part of our lives here at home, Belle started acting funny and I called Dr Will right away, she got us in the next morning to see what was going on, but before she did this she listened to me, answered all questions i had, and put me at ease that we were seeing a little bit of what had happened a year ago ... Allergies. We went for our appt. and Dr Will was so good with Belle, she examined her top to bottom, listened to her heart and her tummy checked her out. What can i say I Love Old Marple and Dr Will, I have never once called where i was put off and was not seen, she is a Mom in a sense human as well as Furchildren.. Would and do recommended them to everybody... Come on they are there more then our doctor's 365, 24/7 .... Love Belles Mom and Dad from the bottom of our Hearts, and to boot there is someone there to ask if your visit went well before you leave... Thank you Dr Amy Will, Donna, and the entire staff at VCA Old Marple, Pat and Paul.

Dr. Shelly
-Mike Quinn from Folsom, PA
Pet Name: Cheech F. QuinnDr. Shelly:
We can’t thank you enough for all the love, care and treatment you provided Cheech over the years, especially since his diagnosis of IBD. We really appreciate the time and effort you went into researching Cheech’s condition, consulting other doctors and determining the proper treatment plan. We valued your patience as we asked many questions over the past 9 months concerning his condition.
We always considered Cheech to be our first child and that is why this process has been so terribly upsetting for both of us. Cheech was a little dog with a big personality. He loved going on runs and playing in the backyard. He truly loved people and wanted to be in on all the action going on.
Thank you again for everything! We’ll never forget your kind nature towards us and Cheech. -
Great visit
-Fran from Milmont Park, PA
Pet Name: DilengerMy son's puppy wasn't feeling good, recommended by my niece this place was great, Doctor Kim K. was great, she told my son what he did for the dog was exactly what he should have done, agreed with him on different things. The dog dilenger had a runny nose, not feeling good, didn't eat, didn't follow my son around like usual, temperature.
The Doctor was not pushy explain everything, said it was good that the puppy was brought in right away. Right now the puppy has antibiotics to take and if he doesn't improve, then they will do blood work and xrays. Right now the puppy was a little more active. The doctor did a exam, took her time did not push us to get the other test, gave us a estimate of what the other test would cost, left us alone to talk about it. But since he just started acting sick, then antibiotics for the night and see if he eats if he starts being like his old self then that's great but if no improvement bring him right in. this was a doctor who loved her job you could tell and she took as much time as you needed to explain things and answer any questions. Dr Kim K. was great. I am not the owner of Dilenger just his Grandmom, so I have been told. LOL
