Dr. Schmid joined the Emergency Medicine team at VCA Old Marple Animal Hospital in June 2012. She was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadephia. Dr. Schmid obtained her B.S in Biology at Pennsylvania State University.
Dr. Schmid currently owns a Presa Canario named Peh-Lei who is the love of her life. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
