Biography

Dr. Haney was born in Aston, Pennsylvania. She attended Lehigh University and received a bachelor’s degree in biology before attending the University of Pennsylvania and graduating with the class of 2005 with a degree in veterinary medicine.

After veterinary school Dr. Haney worked for two years in a small animal practice in New Jersey and since then she has been an associate veterinarian at Old Marple since 2007.

Dr. Haney currently has one pet named "Cooper" a 5 ½ year old chocolate Labrador.

In her spare time when she isn’t with family and friends she enjoys staying active outdoors which includes skiing, biking, and jogging. She occasionally competes in 5Ks and hopes to complete a triathlon this year.

VCA Old Marble Animal Hospital provides 24 hour emergency veterinary care, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Emergency veterinarians, veterinary technicians and/or veterinary assistants are on staff 24 hours a day.

We provide the highest standard in veterinary emergency and critical care services. We are trained and equipped to perform a variety of emergency surgeries and procedures.
