Technician SupervisorJimmy Brasill
Jimmy is the Head Technician at NMSVC. He has worked side by side with Dr. Haddad for over 25 years. His experience and expertise in the field of veterinary technology is unmatched, and our clients and patients appreciate his familiar face, and calm, comforting presence.
Jimmy has been married for over 20 years, and has three grown children amd three grandchildren. He shares his home with his dogs, Thor and Josie and two cats Tinkerbelle and Cosmo. In his free time, Jimmy enjoys skiing, riding his motorcycle and trying to beat Doc in a golf game.
Certified Veterinary TechnicianKate Donovan, CVT
Kate received her B.A. (Anthropology) from UMass Amherst and has been a team member at North Main St. Vet Clinic since 2010.
Kate is one of our Certified Veterinary Technicians and in addition to her regular duties she is also our Inventory Manager.
Kate’s favorite part of the job is client education. She loves to teach clients about proper pet care, and she especially enjoys watching young puppies and kittens grow into adults.
Kate shares her home in Rockland with her fiance, her 2 cats Sake and Rex and her dog Allie, whom she adopted as a rescue. When not at NMSVC, Kate works part time for her Uncle at a doggie daycare.
Certified Veterinary TechnicianLiz O'Connor
Liz is a new staff member at VCA N. Main Street Vet Clinic, having started with us in August of 2013. She graduated from Mount Ida with her Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Technology and did several internships at Angell Memorial and Tuft's University concentrating on general practice, exotics, dental care and emergency medicine. She passed the national vet tech exam and became a Certified Veterinary Technologist in the summer of 2013.
Liz brings a new and exciting vibe to our staff at VCA NMSVC. She loves a challenge, and that includes dealing with animal behavior issues, and small "sassy" breeds. She currently lives in Foxboro where she and her boyfriend share their home with two rescued minature pinchers named Camber and Diablo. When Liz is not at work she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, watching live music and following the Boston Bruins.
Certified Veterinary TechnicianJessica Stetson, CVT
Jess is a Certified Veterinary Technician, and has been a member of our team since September 2009. She graduated from UMass Amherst with a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science.
Jess tells us the most gratifying parts of her job is when she is able to follow a sick pet through their treatment and recovery, and see the pet go home with their owners happy and healthy again. She enjoys seeing the special relationships that people have with their pets.graduated from UMass Amherst with a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science.
Jess and her husband share their home with two rescued lab mixes named Jack and Bruno. They love to go hiking, and swimming whenever they can get away. Jess loves to travel and do outdoor activities; she recently went skydiving for the first time! Jess, who is a vegan, loves to cook, and has discovered she really enjoys making healthy, great tasting food for family and friends.
Anita has been a member of our team since 2004. She is very experienced with all aspects of patient care, surgery and laboratory work. She is also excellent on with our clients and so you will often find her working at the front desk. Anita is fluent in several languages, and is often asked to help our doctors with translation to our Cape Verdean clients.
Anita is a lifelong resident of Brockton, and earned a BA in Biology from Pine Manor College. During her studies Anita interned at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital where she gained valuable hands-on experience and skills. Anita is a busy lady when not here at the clinic, she shares her home with her young son, her grandparents and her dog Peaches.
School: Stetson University, B.S. Marine and Aquatic Biology
Jaci joined our practice in the summer of 2013. She graduated from Stetson University in DeLand Florida with her Bachelors Degree in Marine and Aquatic Biology. She has studied at some of the most prestigious aquatic wildlife institues in the world, inluding Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute, The Bermuda Institute of Ocean Sciences and the Dolphin Research Center in the Florida Keys. She currently volunteers at the National Marine Life Center in Buzzards Bay, where she helps to rehabilitate sick and injured seals and sea turtles.
Jaci's unique backround makes her a very versatile member of our staff. She is currently taking more classes and plans to attend veterinary school in New Zealand, where she will once again focus on marine wildlife. Until then she is busy learning from our doctors and senior technicians, and says the best part of her job here at VCA NMSVC is comforting the animals when they are sick, especially when their owners can't be there and they are scared and nervous.
When not at work Jaci enjoys scuba diving, traveling, the arts, yoga, hiking and exploring the outdoors. She shares her home with two dogs, Daisy and Kona and two kitties named TigerLilly and Stripes.
Stefanie is a very versatile member of our team and has been since 1998. She is just as often found at the front desk, as she is found assisting the doctors with examinations, lab work and x-rays.
After graduating from Norfolk County Agricultural High School, Stefanie worked for a Veterinary Orthopedic Surgeon. She has an interest in breeding and puppy care, and she is often our client educator when it comes to caring for newborn puppies and kittens. She was raised in East Bridgewater and continues to make her home there with her husband, and 2 dogs. In her spare time Stefanie loves to spend time in Cocoa Beach Florida, where she kayaks with the manatees.
