  • Hospital Administrator

    Joyce Poliatti

    Joyce is the Practice Administrator at NMSVC. She works closely with Dr. Haddad to ensure that the practice runs smoothly. She is a graduate of Newbury College, and worked as a veterinary technician for eight years at Whitman Animal Hospital before coming to work for Dr. Haddad in 1990. She slowly started to acquire more administrative duties and was promoted to hospital manager in 1994. She attends veterinary management seminars to keep up with changes in the profession and enjoys finding new ways to provide better care for pets, better customer service and novel ways to lead the dedicated staff.

    Joyce has two grown children and two grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys going to NASCAR races and college and pro football games.


  • Assistant Manager

    Sunni Willis, CVT

    Sunni is the Assistant Manager and a Certified Veterinary Technician at NMSVC. She has been working in veterinary medicine since 1998, and received her veterinary technician certification in 2005. Sunni’s favorite part of the job is educating clients, and that is why you will often see her at the front desk assisting clients and greeting patients. Sunni also updates our clinic Facebook page and website and helps to coordinate our compliance with the standards sets by the American Animal Hospital Association.

    Sunni loves to learn and attends yearly national conferences to stay current on subjects such as staff management, team building, and animal behavior.

    Sunni is married, and lives in Hanson.  She has a daughter who attends college in Florida, and a son in high school.  Sunni and her family enjoy hosting foreign exchange students, and are currently hosting a boy from Belgium.  They share their home with 3 rescue dogs, including a three pound epileptic Chihuahua who rules the house!
