North Coast VCA is the one for me-DeeDee Jumani from Oceanside, CA
This is an absolutely amazing hospital with an even more amazing staff. Kind, caring considerate, compassionate, and very accommodating. My pets are my family and want the best for them just as I want the best for my children and this place is it. You want to find the best possible Dr. for your kids and the best possible Vet for your pets. North Coast VCA has specialist around the clock that constantly update their knowledge to give you the best possible up to date treatment. I know this from personal experience after spending thousands of dollars on my Akita's ear problems, many vets, many different meds and treatments none if which worked but were painful to my animal and heart wrenching for me. Dr. Yank tested my lil man's ear, created a solution and within one weak we saw a difference, after a month is was in total control. I wish I could give you the names of the vets that told us "there is no cure" because there was and Dr. Yank, found it. The atmosphere, attitude and professionalism set for the staff and administration is obliging and comforting from the minute you walk through the door to the time you're making difficult decisions. Every experience I have had with them has been more than pleasant for both me and my pets which is colossal when deciding just who is going to take care of my animals.
Boston saved-thank you-Greg from Rancho Santa Fe, CA
Pet Name: Boston
Boston gums were turning Blue, the VCA team saved our dog, thanks Dr. Yank! we called our prior vet after closing and they suggested we take Boston to VCA immediately, it was the right decision for many reasons, the most obvious was saving Boston, who was put on oxygen and then had surgery for a ruptured spleen. After he came home we realized how helpful the entire team was in keeping Boston healthy and happy. we return to VCA, Dr Yank and the entire team knowing that they to want Boston happy and healthy.
Five Gold Stars-Rosie from Imperial, CA
Pet Name: Mauley
We received a call Wednesday afternoon 06/04/2009 from a VCA Vet Hospital. It was peculiar since this animal clinic was neither familiar nor was it our regular provider. It was over 150 miles away from our home! The young woman on the phone named Jenna was calling to say that "Mauley" had been dropped off there as a stray by a lovely woman named Tracy who had the wherewithal to request a scan of her neck. North Coast Veterinary Hospital in Encinitas, CA had easy access to our information from HomeAgain. The staff was trained on how to retrieve our information easily and accurately. No doubt that knowledge of your product facilitated our miraculous reunion. As you can imagine we were quite speechless during the call and Jenna had to repeat several times on the phone, "Are you there?" We had hoped for this day ever since Mauley disappeared nearly 4 years ago. After one long sleepless night, we were on the road for a 3-hour car ride to bring Mauley home again. One thing is for sure, we never gave up hope because of the HomeAgain Chip that she carried with her. But the technology is only as good as those who use it. VCA North Coast, you are awesome people for scanning our dog for FREE. Thank you for doing the bloodwork to make sure she was healthy when it came time to release her to us. Your professional courtesy and sensitivity shows! Our family is complete again. You have no idea how priceless this experience has been.
