Angela Arroyo is a veterinary technician with New York Veterinary Hospital. She was born in San Francisco, California, and moved to New York with hopes of pursuing a career in the NYPD. Once here, she volunteered as a kennel attendant and became more interested in the veterinary field. She has been practicing as a Veterinary Technician since 2004, and used to be a civilian Veterinary Tech for military dogs on Dover Air Force base. Angela has one beautiful little girl named Leena, a cat named Sophie-her first born, and a school of plakats.
Rasheeda Persue is a veterinary technician with New York Veterinary Hospital. A Brooklyn native, Rasheeda is currently enrolled in Hunter College with the hope of applying to veterinary school within a few years. Having always felt an affinity for animals, she joined the New York Veterinary Hospital team in June 2014 and has a special interest in client communication and preventative care. She shares her home with her two feline companions, Tony and Cookie. Outside of work, Rasheeda enjoys painting and figure drawing, along with the occasional yoga class.

Josephine Lee is a veterinary assistant at New York Veterinary Hospital. A graduate of Hunter college with a Bachelors in Psychology, she has a special interest in behavior and hopes to pursue the Animal Behavior and Conservation Masters Program at Hunter College after getting her veterinary technician degree. She shares her Brooklyn family home with multiple rescue animals while occasionally fostering other animals in need. In her spare time, Josephine enjoys music collaborations with friends and trying out new restaurants.
