Grateful to Have VCANL
Jim and Ellen McMahon from Waterford, CTTo say that we are grateful and appreciative of the staff at VCA/NL would be an understatement. Our dogs have been patients at VCA/NL for years. The staff there has seen our beloved animals through adoption and wellness exams, serious illness, old age and finally, the painful passing of our cherished pets. Every single member of the staff at VCA/NL treats us courteously and efficiently. When treating our dogs, we are always made to feel as though our pet is their number one priority. We of course, know that they have other "priorities" and treat everyone in the same manner. We know that anyone involved in the delivery of health care to an animal does it because of their love for animals. We are fortunate at VCA/NL to have an entire staff dedicated to taking care of our pets. VCA/NL is like an extended family to us. They have always provided our dogs with the best of care. We couldn't ask for more. Jim
