Seen right away.-Brian from Charlestown, RI
Pet Name: Cash
During a short trip from RI to CT, my dog became sick. I called 3 hospitals in the Groton New London area, all had turned me away. I was kind of shocked when the receptionist asked if I was able to come in now, as in right now. I did and was seen within a short amount of time by a Technician followed by a doctor. Long story short, my dog after two days of TLC is fine. THANK YOU for the peace of mind!
First Puppy Visit a Success-Elli Valentine's Mom from Niantic, CT
Pet Name: Elli Valentine
I just wanted to say thanks to the fine team at the Waterford, CT VCA New London Animal Hospital. Today was Elli Valentine's first appointment and she was met with joy, enthusiasm and a pink elephant stuffie (pink for a girl, and elephant for 'Elli'). VCA came highly recommended from a friend and breeder (whose prize Mastiff just took the Best of Show Opposite Sex at Westminster) and we couldn't be happier. THANKS!

Pet Name: Bell
3 Days after we got Bell we found out she was very sick. We were at the point where we thought we would have to give her up or possibly even have her put down but, the doctors at VCA helped us get her back to good health.
Duke is a winner-Amy and John Clark from Hanover, CT
Pet Name: Duke
Duke has quite a charmed life. In this picture, he was enjoying a nap after a swim at Block Island at 18 months.
VCA is instrumental in raising such a prized pet & member of the family, keeping him happy and healthy. They treat him so well, he isn't shy about going, which is a good thing since we have to go for "weigh ins" to keep him on track of his goal of a trim weight of 100#... only 5 more pounds to go! :)
I've been going to VCA ever since I had my first dog, Puff, (15+ years ago) who has since left for the Rainbow Bridge and I would like to add that they treated that difficult time with such professionalism and care - I wouldn't EVER think of going anywhere else.
If there is any issue with Duke or his sister, Princess, they fit us in immediately and call the next day to check on them.
My (new) husband's parents recently lost their dog after 15 years and my husband said that if they get another dog, they need to change vets to VCA.
Can't say enough about them. Thank you!
Thank You for my VCA Visa with Rewards Card-Mary Gadbois from East Lyme, CT
Pet Name: Gracie and Jasmine
Having been a client at VCA for 9 years, one can tell I am a happy client. Both of my Siberians are very happy to be patients here as well. In fact, if one goes to see the vet and the other stays outside - well, the one that is not going in cries to also go for her visit. That's all that needs to be said to prove the point isn't it!?
I am even a happier client now that VCA has offered clients a Visa Card with Pet Care Rewards. Now when my dogs need something at VCA I don't have to figure out if I can afford it at that point or wait until I get my Social Security check. I also can't be using check after check for things I need for one or both dogs. Instead, I'll get one bill and pay with one check. The Rewards aspect is pretty great too! So, Hats off to VCA! This is really neat! A great service for us all.

Grateful to Have VCANL-Jim and Ellen McMahon from Waterford, CT
To say that we are grateful and appreciative of the staff at VCA/NL would be an understatement. Our dogs have been patients at VCA/NL for years. The staff there has seen our beloved animals through adoption and wellness exams, serious illness, old age and finally, the painful passing of our cherished pets. Every single member of the staff at VCA/NL treats us courteously and efficiently. When treating our dogs, we are always made to feel as though our pet is their number one priority. We of course, know that they have other "priorities" and treat everyone in the same manner. We know that anyone involved in the delivery of health care to an animal does it because of their love for animals. We are fortunate at VCA/NL to have an entire staff dedicated to taking care of our pets. VCA/NL is like an extended family to us. They have always provided our dogs with the best of care. We couldn't ask for more. Jim
