Thanks From Kutja
-Doug Wieland from Yardley, PA
Pet Name: KutjaDear VCA Staff:
To me, Kutja was the most beautiful Labrador, inside and out, that I have ever seen in my life. The lives of each of my wife and two daughters were deeply touched, and forever changed by the presence of this wonderful female yellow lab.
For just over 14 1/2 years, you all at VCA cared for the best friend I ever had in this world, treated her with the best professional care I've ever seen in the veterinary field, and supplemented that care with the most personal, friendly attention that made Kutja's many trips to your office a true pleasure. The wagging tale of a Lab when told of something pleasant, doesn't lie. She enjoyed the attention that each and every one of you gave her.
I know that all good things must come to an end but, when it does, you still can't believe it. Unfortunately for Kutja, the battles with three different cancers, Vestibular Disease, and finally Pneumonia were just too much to bear for her any longer, and I recently had to make the hardest decision in my 63 years on this earth.
Kutja died peacefully in my arms this past Memorial Day but, I know she never would have been with us this long without the great care and attention that you offered her for all these years.
My family and I will never forget all of you and, hopefully sometime in the not too distant future, I'll be back to see you all again with a "new little girl" who I know will be needing and getting the same excellent care!
All the best,
Doug/Carol Wieland -
Thank You for the Open House
-The Zawackis Family from Bensalem, PADear Dr. Newman and VCA Neshaminy Animal Staff;
We wanted to thank you for inviting us to your Open House. The VCA staff was very friendly. The refreshments were fresh and delicious. The vendors were very helpful.
Dr. Sweeney was gracious enough to take the time to give my sisters and I a tour of your new operating room, x-ray room, treatment area and kennels. She patiently answered our questions and was a pleasure to be with.
And finally, meeting Officer Schum, his K9 partner Argo, and Sgt. Richardson, was a delight. Watching Argo, Officer Schum and Sgt Richardson in action help us realize and appreciate what our police officers do every day.
This is what we've come to expect the VCA Neshaminy staff to be - friendly, caring and informative - to us and our pets.
Thank you again for a wonderful afternoon!
The Zawackis Family
