  • VCA Angels

    -Darlene Duncan-Wilson from Trevose, PA
    Pet Name: AngelBaby Duncan-Wilson

I have been going to this veterinarian office for many yrs, at least 10 yrs and have always had a good experience. Dr. Newman saw my Dog "angelbaby" when she was a puppy and my previous dog Taylor before that. They are thorough, caring, kind and do a very good job of working with you. I never have to wait long to have my dog seen and I can always get an appointment. The staff are all very nice as well. I recently brought my 6 yr old Lab in because she was vomiting profusely and she was listless. They did an xray and found that she had a large opacity in the center of her abdomen. She would need an ultrasound for a more definitive reading of what the mass in her abdomen was. They found my dog was suffering from a Spleenic torsion. They removed the spleen and fixed her up inside and watched her all night and the next day. She is recovering nicely and I am very pleased with this Vet and its staff. They all did their part to save my dogs life and my kids and I are so very thankful and grateful. Wonderful Doctors and staff. Great Job!
I highly recommend this vet. Thank you so very much for saving our girl angelbaby. We are so very appreciative.

  • Death Of Our Cat Peaches

    -Jonathan Sherman from Bensalem, PA

Peaches was our cat for 16 years. My Mom got her from the "Womens' Humane Society" in Bensalem, PA. We, humanely, put her to sleep, this past Thursday, because of her failing health. Both my Mom and myself, cannot say enough about the compassion of Dr. Newman and the staff at Neshaminy VCA. I would recommend Dr. Newman, and the staff to anyone looking for someone to take care of their pet. For us our pet was a member of our family. Dr. Newman knew this. Again thank you

  • Finally, a Vet who cares.

    -Jesse Prusinski from Langhorne, PA
    Pet Name: Snoopy,Oscar,Abbey,Patches,Bandit

My family have been taking our dogs to many different Vets over the years and Thankfully we came across this Animal Hospital. Our oldest was very ill and Dr. Sweeney could not of been more caring and understanding towards our needs as well as our beloved "Snoopy". The entire staff treats you and your animal with respect and that goes a long way nowadays. We bring all of our animals here now, and try to spread the word to friends and family about the care we received. Now we know no matter what happens to our pets, they were cared for 100% along the way. Thank you so much for being Animal lovers.

  • Thank you for your years of caring

-John J. Russell from Penndel, PA
    Pet Name: Quest

Dr. Newman has been my dogs vet for 35 yrs. All 13 of them & several litters. After this long you have complete trust in someone like him and the Dr. that work with him.

  • Grateful for a vet I can trust

    -Jim Cristea from Levittown, PA
    Pet Name: SarahDozerPiggyChiefSpiritStella

I have been coming to VCA Neshaminy for at least 13 years. I relied so much on Dr. Newman for his expertise and humor. He is a great doctor! I wish him well with his recovery.

Since that time, I began seeing Dr. Janet Distler. Not knowing her at all, I was hesitant but the office staff knew that I would really like her. I have found her to be an INCREDIBLE veterinarian. She spends a great deal of time discussing options for treatments and procedures and is always willing to listen to me. She knows my dogs and knows that my expectations of a vet are high. I am more than satisfied and extremely grateful with everything she does for my six dogs.

I appreciate all of the hard work and dedication of the VCA veterinarians and staff. Thank you.

  • Thank you

    -Baratucci Family from Philadelphia, PA
    Pet Name: Trudy

We would like to thank Dr Melissa King and the staff for there compassion with one of the hardest decisions we had to make. On Thursday 6/23 we rushed our wonderful little dog Trudy to the hospital. She had been sick for quite some time but her regular Vet was out of town and we couldn't get to him. I called and they gave me an emergency appointment immediately. Unfortunately, Trudy wasn't going to get better only worse and they helped me make the decision to let her go. I will never forget your kindness.

  • THE HARDEST DAY OF MY LIFE

    -Deb Ziccardi from Bensalem, PA

Last week our beloved dog Rerun a mixed breed who was almost 17, had to be put to rest. The staff along with Dr. Sweeney were so caring, thoughtful, and empathetic, they made the hardest day of our family's life a little more bearable.

  • Life Savers

    -Susan Aptaker from Bensalem, PA
Pet Name: Music, Isis, and Amber

Pet Image As the owner of multiple retired racing greyhounds, I was happy to find a "grey-savvy" Veterinarian in Dr. Newman at VCA. I was even happier to be a client of VCA last February. My oldest greyhound was severely injured by another dog and I feared that she would not survive. Dr. Connelly and Dr. Newman performed emergency life-saving surgery on my sweet Music (who was 12 years old at the time). Over the past year and a quarter, Music has received after-care from these doctors as well as Dr. Friedman and Dr. Sweeney. She is now a happy, healthy, and HEALED 13 year old. This wonderful team of Veterinarians, Technicians, and support staff has my undying gratitude and affection. The loving care Music received has made a great difference in both her life and mine.

  • Rest Assured

    -Patrick O'Mara from Oakford, PA
    Pet Name: Jack

Pet Image Even before I obtained my dog Jack, the staff at VCA Neshaminy went well above and beyond in informing me of the necessary treatments, cost estimates, time lines and services available. Jack has been under the care of VCA Neshaminy since the very day I brought him home and there’s not a day that goes by that am thankful for the genuine care and concern that they give him. There’s a feeling of relief knowing that I can trust they will always do the right thing. I wouldn't want him being cared for by anyone else. Thank you for all you do for someone that is a vital part of my everyday life.
