Biography

Since 1971 when Dr. Newman opened VCA Neshaminy Animal Hospital, he has worked steadily serving the veterinary needs of the community. Dr. Newman began his practice combining large animal house call visits throughout Bucks County with his small animal practice.  He now only tends to small animals.Dr. Newman continues his position as Medical Director at the hospital caring for the pets of his clients on a daily basis.  He enjoys seeing his clients each day and has enjoyed watching his clients' children grow into adults and become clients as well.  Dr. Newman's special interest is in surgery and he particularly enjoys mentoring the wonderful veterinarians on staff.Dr. Newman grew up in Lower Merion, Pennsylvania and has lived in Bucks County since 1970.  In his free time, Dr. Newman enjoys spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and 3 dogs.  He also enjoys spending time with good friends and traveling.
