On Sunday, June 10, 2012, Dr. Gray Newman and his "Team Woof-Newman-Prazner" participated in the Delaware Valley Stroke Council Dr. Howard Mazer 18th Annual Strides for Stroke 5K run/walk. It was a beautiful day by the Philadelphia Art Museum. Over $40,000 was raised to help educate victims on Stroke and advocate for Stroke patients.

Suffering from a stroke in June of 2009, this was a milestone for Dr. Newman who has worked diligently every day at recovery. Everyone at the race was so supportive, cheering him on as he walked. As Dr. Newman crossed the finish line, many people walked up to him to shake his hand and congratulate him.

Dr. Newman was fortunate to walk in the race with his wife and good friends. Please congratulate him when you see him in the office or around town. He works hard to assure he can get to the office every day and continue caring for your precious family members as they have become part of his family too!
