I was born in Frankfurt, Germany (ARMY BRAT), and moved back to the US when I was 6 months old. I’ve lived in Vegas off and on all my life, however, I moved here permanently in December of 2000, after graduating High School. I started working at VCA Nellis Animal Hospital in October of 2002. I took maternity leave during my years here and I returned to working for VCA in June of 2007. My favorite part of the job would have to be that I love working with my co-workers because they make it enjoyable on the tough days to get through a shift. Of course, I can’t forget about seeing cute puppies and kittens too! I love to read, time with my children, and last but not least, catching up on my DVR. I have a long hair Chihuahua named Kobe Lee, she is 11 years old. I actually acquired her from a client here at VCA Nellis when she was 12 weeks old.

I was born and raised in Las Vegas and have been here all my life! I began working at VCA Nellis Animal Hospital in 2005 not long after I graduated high school. I love helping animals and their pet parents! I enjoy seeing a brand new puppy or kitten and watching them grow over the years as we care for them at our hospital. When I’m not at work, I spend most of my time playing with my daughter and spending time with my family. I also enjoy reading, movies, and cooking. I currently am the pet parent to a seven and a half year old heeler mix named Jersey, an eight year old Chihuahua named Spike, and two domestic short haired kitties named Leilah and Logan who are six years old. Jersey was given to me from a friend who could not keep her and Spike was a birthday gift to myself in 2005. Leilah and Logan were brought in as abandoned orphans when they were only a few days old so I bottle fed them until they were old enough to be weaned.

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and I have lived here all my life. I got into the field of veterinary medicine in 2007 thanks to my sister who works here. My favorite part of my job is knowing I’m helping those who have no voice. In my free time I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends. I have a 9 year old Artesian Basset Hound named Gaz Marie, a 4 year old Miniature Dachshund named Shelby Ann and a 3 year old Wired Hair Terrier named Bella Lousie.
