Please fill out the new client information located on our website or come in 10 minutes before your appointment to fill it out in the office. If you are transferring to our hospital, please bring any medical records that you may have for your pet(s) with you so that we can start with complete medical information. Sometimes sick or injured pets need the care of a veterinary medical specialist. When that happens, VCA specialty hospitals work closely with the general practitioner veterinarians who refer cases to us in order to provide seamless veterinary care to your pet.
