VCA Animal Care Center of Mt. Juliet

VCA Animal Care Center of Mt. Juliet offers comfortable boarding to make your pet feel at home - away from home. Our boarding facility is climate controlled for your pet's continued comfort.

We have forty-five different indoor runs that vary in size from single runs to double runs that can accommodate multiple dogs in each run. We also have 22 cages for small dogs that vary in size from 2x2 to 2x3 to 4x4. We have seven cat cages that are 2x2 and 1 double cage that is 4x4.

We provide beds, blankets, and toys for your pets while they are here, so it's not necessary to bring any of that with you. However, if having a special blanket or toy will help your pet feel more comfortable during his/her stay then feel free to bring them when you drop off. We do ask that you label any belongings that you bring in case we have to wash them, we want to make sure they are returned to the correct pet.

We provide Science Diet Sensitive Stomach food while your pet is boarding. If you want to bring your own food, please feel free. We typically feed 2 times a day, but will do our best to accommodate your pet's needs to make them feel as comfortable as possible while staying with us.

Specialty Care

Sometimes sick or injured pets need the care of a veterinary medical specialist. When that happens, VCA specialty hospitals work closely with the general practitioner veterinarians who refer cases to us in order to provide seamless veterinary care to your pet. When your pet is facing any kind of serious illness or injury, our specialty referral hospitals will provide the compassionate and expert care your beloved pet needs.

Our goal is to make sure that when you and your pet are in need that you have access to board certified specialists who are up to date on the very latest developments in their field. In our state of the art hospitals, our specialists also have access to the most sophisticated diagnostic and treatment tools and techniques from ultrasonography and endoscopy to CAT scans and even MRI.

As part of the VCA family, we have over 83 specialty hospitals across the US and Canada which provide referral specialty care, so there may be one near you. Our specialized services include: behavior, cardiology, critical care, dentistry, dermatology, integrative medicine, internal medicine, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, radiology, rehabilitation, reproduction, and surgery.
