Dr. Fordham is a Colorado native who received all of his education at Colorado State University. He earned a bachelor's degree in Animal Science in 1999, a master's degree in Anatomy in 2000, and his DVM degree in 2004. He has practiced at Mountainview Animal Hospital since 2005 and shares his practice with Dr. Monica Hazelwood and Dr. Jeff Longely.

Dr. Fordham enjoys internal medicince, geriatric medicine and the human animal bond.

Outside of the office, Dr. Fordham and his lovely wife, Shawny, have two young children, Reece and Joelle who keep them on their toes. They also have two active dogs, Bailey a black lab and Brady, a husky mix. Dr. Fordham is an avid baseball and football fan, loves to cook and enjoys real estate.
