VCA Mountainview Animal Hospital & Pet Lodge (formerly VCA Tenaker Animal Hospital) offers a special experience with a small business feel under a big business umbrella. Drs. Fordham and Hazelwood will get to know you and your pet over the course of their lives as their family doctor rather than seeing a different unfamiliar doctor at each visit. Our nursing staff always has time to answer questions and provide personal attention to your pet and our front desk staff will greet you with a smile and a biscuit calling you and your pet by name.
In addition to providing comprehensive, personalized medical care, we also provide lodging for your dog or cat with the peace of mind of having a trained professional on the premises at all times and access to our medical staff 24/7. We offer private suites with DVD players, playtime with enthusiastic attendants in our outdoor yard with heated pool and anything that you would like to bring from home to make your pet's stay more enjoyable. Our Doggie Daycare welcomes drop-ins for the day so your pet can play with his friends and go home tired.
To make your busy life more convenient, we offer full service grooming in our pet parlor. Our groomers are skilled with all breeds and cuts including cats. We also have a highly experienced dog trainer who offers a variety of classes from puppy kindergarten to advanced training and she oversees our wildly popular puppy daycare group.
Our caring group of caregivers is supported by one of the largest networks of veterinary professionals.
