You can get to us by getting off the Mass Pike, Exit 3 (Westfield Exit) and take a right off the tolls. Go to the bottom of the hill and at the lights (at the Shell Station), take a right onto Notre Dame Street. Follow the road to the end and at the stop sign, take a right onto Montgomery Road. Proceed on this road and you will see the Westfield High School on your right. We are 2 driveways after the high school on the right. Our hospital is set back from the road a little but we are well marked with a sign. If you come upon the over pass of the Mass Pike, you have gone past us.
