  I've taken many pets to Mission over the years and everyone there has taken such good care of all my fur children. In today's society too many businesses treat customers like just another sale and not as people. The staff here knows who I am and who my pets are without having to look at the computer screen or a chart. That says a lot in my book and I wouldn't dream of taking my pets anywhere else. Thank you for caring about my pets just as much as I do.

  On April 28, 2009 I returned home to find my pet Chihuahua Bailey acting funny and vomiting blood. She had gotten into some rat poison while I was away. I immediately called VCA Mission Animal Hospital and was told by the staff to bring her in right away. It was late, around 7pm, so I was surprised that I was taken in and not sent to the emergency clinic. When I arrived at the hospital the receptionist was waiting for me and rushed us into an exam room. The technician Melinda and Dr. Kosub were great and very patient with me despite how upset I was. The doctor started treating her immediately and explained the medications that would be used. The following afternoon I received a call from the receptionist to check on Bailey's progress. I told her that Bailey was doing much better and that I was grateful for the great service that we received. The staff not only met my expectations but they vastly exceeded them. They made me feel at ease during this terrifying experience. Thank you ALL once again!!
