Patty Thongnamsap, DVM, Medical Director

Dr. Patty attended the University of California, San Diego and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Physiology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art.  She lived in San Diego for a few years working as a veterinary technician before attending the University of California, Davis for veterinary school.  After graduate school, she completed an internship at VCA Emergency Animal Hospital and Referral Center in San Diego, focusing on internal medicine, emergency medicine, and surgery.  Since then she has lived and worked in Southern California, where she has grown up and considers home.  She has experience with a variety of pets, including cats, dogs, hamsters, rabbits, ferrets, and even lizards and snakes!
