From a young age I have had a love for animals. I was brought up around cats and dog’s early in life. Growing up I had two German shepherds and three cats. But cats have always had a special place in my heart; I am a true cat person. The love I have for all animals is why I do what I do here at VCA Miracle Mile Animal Clinic.

Kristi has worked at VCA Miracle Mile Animal Clinic for 8 years.Working at VCA Miracle mile has given me the opportunity to see and help many different animals from young to old. I’ve always wanted to work with animals since a young age. I’ve had different kinds of pets through out my life from horses to dogs, cats, gerbils, guinea pigs, anoles and fish. I was able to adopt a very playful Rottweiler named “Kaiser” through working at VCA Miracle Mile. For these reasons I love what I do here at Miracle Mile

I enjoy coming to work because I love my job. I love animals and love to see all the different breeds and learn about them. I enjoy learning about the treatment and the preventatives to keep our pets at VCA healthy.

Since I was five years old, I knew I wanted to have a job working with animals. During high school, I was in my school's vet program for the whole four years. I fell more in love with this particular field. Working for VCA Miracle Mile has opened my eyes more in depth on what this job consists of. Its never a dull moment, nor is any day like the other. I love being around people who care about animals as much as I do. I love having the opportunity to change an animal's life. I am currently a kennel tech, but I hope to one day move up to being a vet tech. I have a strong passion in this field and i am going to continue on learning as much as possible to do my job better. I know not a day will go by without me going over in my head how I could have done something diffrent. Everyday is something new, you learn something new, and you learn a new perspective on situations. I love my job, the good and the bad.

Hi,
My name is Renee and I am the groomer here at VCA Miracle Mile. I enjoy the interaction with the pets that I groom. They all have their own personalities and I like getting to know them. It is so important for me to provide a loving and safe grooming experience. As independent as some of our pets seem to be at times, they are 100% dependent on us and they need love and proper care. I practice "gentle handling" and want the pets under my care to feel love and although most dogs and cats would prefer to stay dirty and be left alone, I know that they trust me and I make there grooming as fun as possible. I am the proud owner of Gizmo and Pumpkin. They are Chihuahua rescues and they are thoroughly entertaining everyday.
