Pet Name: Beau BittyOur sweet kitty Beau Bitty got some sort of horrible conjuctivitus. VCA Mililani staff got him in right away as a new patient the same day I called. Dr. Yap was WONDERFUL! She explained everything that needed to be done and why and gave me what I believe was the very best care for a sweet little lovey boy. I also liked that the staff let me know they will be calling during the week to see how he is doing and there will be a prompt follow up next week. A++ service and care.

Pet Name: PRIMOYears ago my first Springer got chewed up badly by a mean dog when he was just a pup. I had to rush him to a Vet after calling all over. Mililani Vet took him right in and did the surgery to re-attach the muscle to the bone in his hind leg. The warm welcome and excellent care always stuck with me. Years later after moving and not being satisfied with the local Vet Clinic I was using; I ended up with my 3rd Springer "Primo". I decided to start him out with a new Vet; remembering my visit years previously. I walked into Mililani Vet Clinic and asked if they were taking New patients as many in the area were not. They welcomed me with open arms and a friendly polite and professional staff. As luck would have it the new Springer got overheated, needed IV Fluid and admission etc...They were so good, saved my dog AGAIN ...don't know what I would do without him or them. Whenever I call for an appointment, they know me right away and ask how "Primo is doing. They are "No Ka Oi" ...the best...my dog loves going there:)
