  I am so happy how Dr. Leung took care of my golden retriever Sally. She took her time to explain what was happening to her and what had to be done. Sally had surgery to remove her uterus and spayed. After she came home and rested she rebounded and became happy and cheerful. Everything went so well for me and Sally. The staff and Dr. Leung were helpful and wonderFul!!

  Dr. Jackson and his staff have taken care of our pets for a number of years. They are extremely caring and compassionate..you can tell they all love the work they do. Dr. Jackson takes time with our pet's appointments, and calls back promptly if we leave a message. He also calls us personally with any lab work results. The girls that make appointments for us work with our schedules and get us in ASAP if there is an extreme situation. Our pets have always received great care, and we are thankful to have a great team taking care of them. We will always recommend other pet owners to visit VCA before going anywhere else.   My husband and I contacted the vet at 7:30 and they close at 8.They got us in there looked at our puppy with his ear infection.They taught us how to clean his ears and cut his nails! The doctor was every informative and polite! We are highly impressed with the ladies there and would love to come back!

  Dr. Scott Jackson of VCA Midpark and his colleagues should be commended for their dedication to individuals and their animals. Their kindness and consideration for all aspects of your pets care is remarkable. I have gone to VCA Midpark and in particular Dr. Jackson for 15+ years and have worked with him and his staff on a regular basis.
  
  Currently, I have six dogs (5 dachshunds and 1 basset hound) all seen by VCA Midpark and Dr. Jackson. Dr. Jackson listens to you, takes his time during exams, reviews each patient individually and addresses their needs based on your lifestyle, ability to pay and ultimately what you feel is comfortable and right for your animal. He never pushes unwanted/unnecessary services upon you. Dr. Jackson will even take time out of his busy patient schedule to stop and speak with you when necessary (without an appointment for example). This includes calling you promptly back when messages are left or questions are asked of him. He makes it his priority to address whatever concerns or issues you may be dealing with relative to your pet. Dr. Jackson, his staff and VCA Midpark strive every single day to bring the best possible care to individuals and their animals while making it affordable and accessible by all.
  
  VCA Midpark is apart of a very large group of VCA Clinics across the country. They are capable of providing us with the latest, greatest and best medical services available, they provide services at prices that are affordable to everyone, have established a wider base of resources available to us as pet owners compared to the smaller local clinics in our area, our continuing everyday to educate themselves and improve upon their practices to bring us cutting edge service, they attempt to ensure that no animal is disregarded or improperly cared for and ultimately provide us with convenient locations so that this level of veterinary service is accessible by all.
  
  People have many choices before them relative to veterinary care and their animals. Not all practices are right for every individual. Dr. Jackson and VCA Midpark is an exceptional organization, looking at meeting the needs of your pet and you as an owner, caregiver and person. I ask that you take the time to really consider this facility, meet with Dr. Jackson, his colleagues and their staff and attempt to get a better understanding of the facility from your perspective.
  
  I have and will continue to see Dr. Jackson and VCA Midpark for all of my animals needs. I recommend them to animal lovers, owners, supporters, rescuers alike. The only way you will know for sure if they are right for you and your animal is to try them for yourself.   I take both my dogs to the VCA Midpark Vet...I love it there. Everyone is so nice and caring.
