Dawn is our boarding supervisor. She has been with VCA Mesa Animal Hospital since 2005. She has 7 dogs and 3 cats of her own. She occasionally rescues animals and orphaned kittens and finds FURever loving homes for each one.

Emily joined the VCA family in November of 2015. She was raised in Torrance, California but moved to the High Desert in 2008. She has been working with animals since 2013 and plans on continuing her education in the grooming & veterinary fields in all ways possible. On her free time Emily enjoys being outdoors with her dog Cisco.

Maribel has been with Mesa since 2005. She has 5 dogs that she loves to play with along with shopping, running, and scrapbooking.

Kurt has been with VCA Mesa Animal Hospital since 2004. He has a Queensland Heeler named Rocky. Kurt participates in weightlifting competitions and enjoys surfing.

Kenny has been with Mesa since the beginning of 2009. He has 1 adorable pet named Memphis, a Yorkshire terrier. On his free time Kenny enjoys working on cars. He also knows Taekwondo and is a certified bartender.

Nanette, originally from Chino, moved to Hesperia in 1994. She loves to play pool and is part of an APA league. Her favorite dog is an Alaskan Klee Kai or Husky. She continues to better her education in the veterinarian field. Her favorite quote is “Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is youer than you.” "Dr. Seuss

Nikki is one our newest members to VCA Mesa Animal Hospital. This is her first year working with animals and she says she loves every bit of it. She is a mother to two beautiful girls and has lived in the High Desert for 21 years. Nikki enjoys reading and crocheting on her free time.
School: Nash Academy of Animal Arts
Charlie is our newest groomer to VCA Mesa Animal Hospital. He is a graduate of Nash Academy of Animal Arts and is a Certified Master Groomer. His hobbies include showing Miniature Poodles and breeding LaMancha goats.
Eli has lived in the high desert for more than 20 years. He is bringing with him 30 years of grooming experience. He is familiar and loves all breeds of dogs and cats. When he is not at work, Eli enjoys playing the bass guitar.
