Since 1948, families from all over the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles area have been trusting VCA McClave Animal Hospital for all of their pet's healthcare needs. The two concepts that govern our animal hospital are the practice of high-quality veterinary medicine and a friendly, caring service for our patients and their families. We strive to provide modern medicine with old-fashioned care. We treat your pets as if they were our own.

VCA McClave Animal Hospital is a full-service animal hospital offering complete wellness and emergency care. Physical examinations, vaccinations, dentistry, surgery, preventative medicine, internal medicine, nutrition, endoscopy and ultrasound are just some of the many areas we cover. Our extended office hours should accommodate most schedules. There is a doctor on the premises 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. This allows for overnight critical care monitoring and emergency treatment, should the need arise. Please do not hesitate to call us anytime with any of your concerns.

Your emergency needs can be met right here at our hospital.
VCA McClave Animal Hospital provides 24 hour emergency veterinary care, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Emergency veterinarians, veterinary technicians and/or veterinary assistants are on staff 24 hours a day.

We provide the highest standard in veterinary emergency and critical care services. We are trained and equipped to perform a variety of emergency surgeries and procedures. We provide the highest standards of pain management. Emergency internal medicine consultations, including full diagnostics, are available.
