  • SAYING GOODBYE

    -DS from Cinnaminson, NJ
    Pet Name: Dusty

Our family had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Dusty, after having him as part of our family for 17 years. He was a joy to our family and we are so thankful for all the happy memories. The experience was very difficult but the care and treatment of both Dusty and our family from Maple Shade Animal Hospital Staff went above and beyond what we anticipated. The doctor and staff at Maple Shade Animal Hospital are extremely caring and professional and we will be forever grateful to them. THANK YOU!

  • Our Dog Simon

-David and Colleen from Maple Shade, NJ
    Pet Name: Simon and Sadie

Our Dog Simon is a Maltese. He was trained by Sue, when we first adopted him from a shelter. He still remembers her and loves her. He looks for her each time he comes into your office. When he sees her he is sooo excited that it is soo funny. He puts a smile on everyone's face in the waiting room. Most dogs are scared to go to the vet. Simon, I think thinks he's gonna visit Sue to play with.

We have been coming to this vet for about 13 years I/We love the care they give our dogs From a simple check up /getting there shots and what I feel most important is when something is just not right./thats when they are there for you from a simple return phone call to take the time to answer your questions tell you what maybe wrong and how to deal with it and the outcome of a test or blood work they will call you back go over with you everything. I can never see going anywhere else for the care of our dogs. they are like my kids well I feel they are better than kids and maple shade animal hospital is better than any other. • Dog Training For Everyone

    -Janice D from Riverton, NJ
    Pet Name: Storm

Over the Christmas holiday, we added a siberian husky puppy to our family. It had been many years since I had a puppy. Sue Battel helped me train my German Shepard years ago, so I knew I needed to contact her with this new puppy. She has been working with him for about 3 months and it has made a world of difference for my family. Instead of doing the training for you, she instructs you in the proper handling techniques to allow you to establish a healthy and loving relationship with your dog. I would recommend her to anyone just starting out with a new puppy or those having some problems with their dogs.

  • Excellent Care for Health and Obedience

-Kate Bertolino from Cherry Hill, NJ
    Pet Name: Luna

We have been beyond pleased with the care our Weimaraner has received at MSAH, both in terms of health and obedience. Our pup had consistent digestive issues that were overlooked and improperly addressed by three other veterinary offices. Dr. Faulls was able to accurately diagnose, treat and follow up with our girl and now her past problems are non issues. The staff and medical assistants are courteous and caring and we are very happy with the care our four-legged friend receives each time she visits.

In addition to an improvement in her health, we have been 200% satisfied with the obedience training we have done with Sue Battel at MSAH. Our weim was shy, nervous and seriously lacked confidence when we were recommended to Sue in November 2010. Sue carefully takes the time to put a plan together to address the needs of each dog (and their humans!). We could not be happier that we invested in time spent with Sue to better understand why our dog acted a certain way and how we can best address it. Sue does an excellent job of training you, the owner, on how to train your dog and it's evident that she has genuine concern for canines and owners alike. Our weim is more confident, handles social interaction better, is more manageable on a leash and overall less of a nervous Nellie since we began working with Sue. She really is a completely different dog. Our only regret is not taking her to Sue as soon as we brought her home! We now are participants in Sue's agility class, which provides a great outlet for our weim to gain more confidence...and it is a ton of fun!

  • Best Place

    -Del Troutman from Philadelphia, PA
    Pet Name: River

I found this hospital and I LOVE it. I am from Philly but I do not trust any one here. I feel safe, comfortable with everything about this hospital. They are very caring about the pets and their owners. They are not just out to fill their pockets and registers they are interested in healing and making your pet feeling better. I can't say enough about this WONDERFUL place and all the people who work here. From the receptionists who are really great to the OUTSTANDING veterinarians. I have brought others from Philly to Maple Shade. Thank You for all your love, understanding. You ALL Rock.
