Biography

Dr. Mansfield has worked in medicine in one form or another since joining the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. She made the decision to combine her two loves - medicine and animals - by attending the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. She graduated in 2003 and has been practicing in NYC for the past 8 years. Her special interests include preventative care, soft tissue surgery and getting to hug pets all day long.She lives in Manhattan with her 5 year old cat Claire and her 12 year old Papillion Bubbles. When she is not working you can find her enjoying everything this city has to offer or travelling the world.
