    Vilen Vlasov
    School: California State University, Northridge, Business Law and Russian Literature

    Vilen became part VCA family in October 2009 and joined VCA Main Street in September of 2011. Prior to taking over VCA Main Street, Vilen managed VCA Scripps Ranch, after spending time training at a number of VCA hospitals in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. He is a graduate of California State University, Northridge with a degree in Business Law and Russian Literature. While at CSUN, Vilen became proud member of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity. His favorite pastimes include spending time with his friends, any outdoor activities, computers, everything that has to do with aviation, reading and playing sports. He currently plays Division II Rugby as a member of the San Fernando Valley Rugby Club. He is a proud owner of crazy and mischievous Shepherd / Chow mix puppy named Konan. Vilen is originally from Russia. He moved to the US with his family in 1991 and resided in the Los Angeles until moving to San Diego in July, 2010.
