    Emily M.

Emily joined the VCA Magnolia team as an Animal Care Assistant in January 2014. Since she was little, she new she had a passion for animals. Growing up she spent all her time outside rescuing animals and attempting to make friends with the neighborhood pets.

Emily started volunteering with animals at a local pet store when she was eleven years old and has worked with them ever since: from horse stables to doggie daycare and grooming. Emily is extremely fascinated by animals and loves each and every one of them.

On her down time she enjoys spending it with her 4 year old dachshund, Daisy. They both love hiking, camping and exploring the beautiful state we live in.

When she found VCA Magnolia 1 1/2 years ago she knew it was the perfect fit for her. She always looks forward to coming into work to the sound of wagging tails waiting to be fed and played with. From her home in Portland, Oregon, to her new home in Seattle, she has continued her passion for animals and the great outdoors.
