    Shin M.

    Shin was raised in Osaka, Japan and moved to Los Angeles, CA to study English in 2006.  He moved to Hawaii for his college degree and after graduation worked for a Japanese company in Hawaii for two and half years.  His dream of working in the animal medical field came true when he joined VCA Magnolia in the winter of 2015.  Shin loves taking care of animals and cannot wait to meet your furry friend!

    Elly T.

    Elly was born and raised in Ballard, Seattle.  She enjoys playing her banjo and singing as well as taking her dog  Houston to the park and to different lakes around the city to let him run, play, and swim.  Elly found Houston when she was traveling the country and he joined her in the adventure!  Houston was named after the city in Texas he was found.  Houston has been to almost every state in the country and can’t wait to explore more.  Elly's currently following her dream to become a veterinary assistant, and has started that journey at VCA Magnolia and couldn’t be happier!

    Jewel T.

    Jewel was born in Saipan and moved to the Philippines when she was five years old. She arrived in Seattle in 2011, to be with her cousins.  Jewel has always wanted to work with animals.  Following her dream to become a veterinary technician, she joined the VCA Magnolia team in September 2015.  Although Jewel currently doesn’t own a pet, she is considering a turtle companion and naming it Blastoise.


  • Groomer

    Nicole O.

    Nicole is a gentle dog and cat groomer that knows how to enhance the beauty of a pet by using proper grooming techniques.  She graduated in 2012 from the Florida Institute of Animal Arts and was professionally trained in a hands-on 900 hour program.  Since graduation, she’s operated her own business in Florida but loved the years she spent in the Northwest and felt it in her heart to return to Seattle.  Nicole keeps up to date on new products and trends to make sure that her clients are getting the best the grooming industry has to offer.
