Dr. Erdman, Medical Director at Madison Animal Hospital since September 2007, has been with the practice since 1994. He received his VMD from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991, and practiced in New Jersey for 3 years prior to joining MAH. Greg became ABVP (American Board of Veterinary Practitioners) certified in Canine and Feline Practice in 2007 and retains interests in all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery, in addition to other exotic companion animals including small mammals, reptiles and birds. Dr. Erdman also currently serves as Vice President for the Metropolitan New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association.

Originally from rural central Pennsylvania, he currently lives in Wyckoff, NJ with his wife, daughter, son and Pugsley - an English toy spaniel originally obtained as a rescue. He has been involved in several community activities in Wyckoff including coaching recreation softball, baseball and soccer teams, and assisting in various scouting and church programs. When able to find free time, he enjoys softball, skiing and traveling.
