    Veterinary Tech School: Community College of Denver

    Amy is a Colorado native who recently married a New Yorker. She graduated from Community College of Denver with an associate degree in Veterinary Technology. She and her husband share their home with Tank, a Great Dane mix, Turbo, a crazy Coonhound, Skyla a loveable Lab, and an "attack turtle" named Soup. In her free time she enjoys dancing, walking, camping and hiking.
    Amy and her husband just welcomed their first baby girl to the world in November.

    Carolyn Anderson
    Veterinary Tech School: Bel Rea Institute of Animal Technology

    Carolyn was born in Colorado and spent most of her life here. After three years working at a doggy daycare and training facility, she decided to go into the veterinary field. She graduated from Bel-Rea with an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology, and has been working for VCA Littleton since. She has a sheltie mix named Kit and three cats, Andromida, Shoichi, and Yukio. Carolyn enjoys biking with Kit, reading with the cats, and doing martial arts with her boyfriend. In her spare time she enjoys costuming, and other crafty activities.

    Julie Miller
    Veterinary Tech School: Bel Rea Institute of Animal Technology

    Julie has been a Certified Veterinary Technician since 1997. She started her schooling with a B.S. in Biology from the University of Illinois. She then decided to go into the animal health field and received her A.A.S. at the Bel Rea Institute of Animal Technology. She started working at Arapahoe Veterinary Hospital immediately after graduation. She lives in a mountain home in Bailey with her partner, Rosalie, two crazy mixed breed dogs, Chopper and Autumn, and a cat, Mickey Mouse. She enjoys camping, hiking, climbing, running, reading and doing crossword puzzles. One of her proudest moments is completing the Steamboat Marathon in June 2009 and raising $3000 in the process for The Leukemia and Lymphoma foundation.
